CER Files Amicus Brief Urging Supreme Court to Uphold School Choice (2001)
November 9, 2001. CER, joined by 27 individuals and organizations, files a brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to support the children enrolled in the Cleveland School Choice Program. This marks the 5th time CER has sponsored an amicus curiae brief supporting the Cleveland program – and the second to the Court.
